Leeds United
The reality for Leeds United in this coming Premier League season is to finish 17th. Just let there be three teams worse than Leeds United. Manchester United probably won’t be as bad as they were, nor will Tottenham, though it would be great if they continued to shittify their historic clubs. We can’t judge this Transfer Window until early September, but Sunderland - hopefully one of those teams finishing between 18th-20th - have upped their summer spending to almost £100 million by adding Club Brugge winger Chemsidine Talbi for £23 million.
TalkSport says that Leeds have walked away from negotiations with Former Everton man Dominic Calvert-Lewin over his salary demands.
Former Manchester City Great Kyle Walker has signed with Leeds relegation rivals Burnley for 5 million.
18-year old youth academy goalkeeper Rory Mahady signed a new three-year deal with Leeds.

After Nico Williams signed a new 10-year deal with Athletic Bilbao, Barcelona are ready to move on and go after Liverpool’s Luis Diaz, with Marcus Rashford as Plan C.
Manchester United have signed 17-year old Portuguese winger Diego Leon.
Chelsea could be fined up to £75 million (they’ve already been fined £27 million) for breaking UEFA’s financial rules, and Aston Villa up to £23 million, if they don’t get out of the red by the end of this transfer window. I, personally, think Chelsea need to be demoted to League Two and Chelsea/Los Angeles Dodgers owner Todd Boehly should immediately be tarred & feathered.
Meanwhile, incoming Chelsea signing/current Palmeiras star Estevao Willan (nicknamed “Messinho,”) scored against his new club in the Club World Cup, but it’s Chelsea who are moving on to the semifinals.
PSG’s culture shift is on display as they prepare to face Bayern Munich in the Club World Cup.
The Houston MF Astros beat the dog piss out of the Los Angeles Dodgers 18-1 in the Dodgers’ worst-ever loss at Dodger Stadium, and worst-ever loss since 1947.
The death toll in the Hill Country flooding has risen to 24, with a higher count expected.
