Friday Morning Hot Links

Spain and France played an all-timer yesterday in the UEFA Nations League Semifinal with Spain winning 5-4. I told you to watch it yesterday. Here are the highlights. Spain plays Portugal in a rivalry that goes back centuries in the Final on Sunday.

Leeds United

  • It looks as though Tottenham are planning on keeping Leeds permanent transfer target (and last season’s loanee) Manor Solomon.

  • Brenden Aaronson will feature for the USMNT tomorrow against Turkey. Former Leeds United Great Tyler Adams will, as well.

  • As West Ham plan to upgrade their midfield, Leeds could swoop in for Tomas Soucek for approximately £20 million. Within that link we also find that all three recently-promoted clubs are seriously considering going after Millwall defender Japhet Tanganga.

  • Leeds-linked oft-injured Newcastle striker Callum Wilson will be released by Newcastle at the end of the month.

  • 93% of respondents had a favorable impression of the new Elland Road blueprints for expansion to 53,000 scheduled to finish in 2030.
